Terms of Use

The terms that govern your use of this website: what you may do with what you find here, what this site does and does not promise, and which law applies.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

This site describes what Redsis does. It is information, not an offer, and nothing on it creates a contract by itself.

What we actually deliver to your organisation, the coverage it includes and the service levels that apply are the ones written into your signed agreement. Where this site and that agreement differ, the agreement governs. Delivery, field coverage and repair capability vary by country and follow the contracted scope.

You may read, print and share the content of this site for your own information and inside your organisation. You may not republish it as your own, sell it, or use it to train a system or build a derivative product without our written permission.

Redsis and the Redsis logo are ours. Manufacturer names, product names and logos belong to their respective owners, and we use them to describe certified relationships and the equipment we sell, deploy and repair. Their appearance here does not mean those manufacturers endorse this site.

We take care that the information here is correct and current, but we publish it as is. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not liable for a decision taken solely on the basis of a page on this site rather than on a written proposal.

Where we link to a site we do not run, we are not responsible for its content or its practices, and its terms and privacy policy apply there, not ours.

When you write to us through the contact form, send us only what your enquiry needs. Please do not send confidential information of third parties, credentials, or personal data of other people through it.

We may change these terms. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and it carries the date it was last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. That choice does not take away the protection that the mandatory law of your own country of residence gives you, and it does not affect the law and the jurisdiction agreed in a signed service agreement, which prevail over this page.
