Fifteen thousand square feet outside Fort Lauderdale, running two jobs at once. On one side, order fulfillment: receive, store, pick, pack, kit, label, stage, and ship site by site. On the other, repair: component-level diagnosis and restoration of multi-vendor equipment.
The same building that ships the rollout receives the failures. That is what makes reverse logistics a loop instead of a handoff.
