Privacy Policy
What personal information Redsis collects, why we hold it, who we share it with, and how you exercise your rights in each of the countries where we operate.
Who this policy covers
This policy covers this website and the enquiries you send us through it. Redsis operates in the United States, Colombia, Mexico, Ecuador and Brazil, and the entity responsible for your information is the Redsis company in the country whose operation serves you. Where we deliver a contracted service, the agreement signed with your organisation governs, and this policy does not replace it.
Information we collect
Two kinds, and no more. First, what you type into our contact form: your name, work email, telephone, job title, company, country of operation, the subject of your enquiry and whatever you tell us about your setup. Second, the technical data any web server records: your IP address, your browser and the pages you visited.
Why we hold it
To answer you and to prepare a proposal, to deliver and support services your organisation contracts, to meet the obligations the law and our contracts impose on us, and to keep this site secure. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.
Third parties on this site
This site loads exactly one external service: the Cloudflare anti-bot challenge that protects the contact form from automated submissions. There is no analytics, no advertising, no external fonts and no embedded maps. When you submit the form, its content travels to our own application, which records your enquiry and notifies our team by email through our email provider.
Cookies
We set no advertising or analytics cookies. The anti-bot challenge may store what it needs in your browser to tell a person from a script; that is its only purpose and we do not read it.
Who we share it with
With the Redsis companies in the countries where we operate, so the team closest to you can answer. With the providers who process data on our behalf under contract and on our instructions. With manufacturer partners, only what is needed to register, warranty or support your equipment. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Information crossing borders
Because we operate across the Americas, your enquiry may be handled by a Redsis team or a provider in a country other than your own. When that happens we require the same level of protection this policy describes, through the contractual safeguards each country's law demands.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to answer you and to deliver what your organisation contracted, and afterwards for the period our legal, accounting and contractual obligations require. When neither applies any more, we delete it.
How we protect it
Access is limited to the people who need it to do their work, traffic to this site and to our application is encrypted in transit, and the contact form is protected against automated abuse. We keep the information security practices our certifications require of us.
Your rights, and how to exercise them
Wherever you are, you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to our using it. Write to [email protected] and tell us what you are asking for and from which country; we will answer within the period your country's law allows. The rights below are the ones your own country recognises, and you never need to name the law to exercise them.
Country by country
United States
Applicable law. Florida law, together with the state privacy laws that apply to us by their own thresholds.
Your rights. Depending on the state you live in, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights. You have the rights of habeas data: to know, update and correct your personal data, to ask for proof of the authorisation you gave us, to be told how we have used it, to withdraw your authorisation, and to file a complaint with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.
México
Applicable law. The Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares.
Your rights. You have the ARCO rights: access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, and you may revoke the consent you gave us or limit the use and disclosure of your data. This page, together with the notice shown at the point where we collect your data, is our privacy notice.
Ecuador
Applicable law. The Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos Personales.
Your rights. You have the rights of information, access, rectification, erasure, opposition, portability, and not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, and you may complain to the Superintendencia de Protección de Datos Personales.
Brasil
Applicable law. The Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (LGPD).
Your rights. You have the rights the LGPD grants the data subject, including confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction, anonymisation or deletion, portability, information about who we share it with, and the right to withdraw consent. You may also petition the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we publish the new version on this page. Where the change is significant and affects information we already hold about you, we will say so rather than rely on you noticing.
